L.J.T Response to "Belt and Road" and Actively Develop Overseas Markets

With the convening of the "Belt and Road" Summit, the construction of "Belt and Road" has gone through three years starting from scratch and fanning out from point to area. Relying on the "Belt and Road" initiative, L.J.T also picks up the pace of "Going global". Next, let me show you the footprints of L.J.T.

Project Overview: Saigon ONE Tower city complex project includes the following business formats: Shopping malls, apartments, office buildings and basement five floors. L.J.T undertook the Saigon ONE Tower part in the project. To this end, L.J.T’s responsible personnel went to the local place and actively conducted in-depth discussions with Party A to make detailed analysis on the advantages and disadvantages.

Project Overview: Huawei South Africa Headquarter Office Building Renovation Project, the office building is the most important and also the largest office building of Huawei in Africa, which has gained high attention of Huawei’s management and President Ren Zhengfei. When L.J.T’s responsible personnel arrived at the local place, they immediately conducted site investigation and attended regular meetings to understand the project status.

Project Overview: Moscow China Trade Center Project is a trade center that integrates office, hotels, exhibition facilities and other functions. At the same time, the project is also constructed for 2018 Russian World Cup. The total project layout covers 6.7 hectares. The main building of the trade center covers an area of 1.5 hectares, and the Chinese garden covers an area of 5.2 hectares. As an important step in implementing the national strategy of "Belt and Road", the project has been assigned new political and economic cooperation connotation.

Project Overview: Krrish Sqaure project is Sri Lanka Colombo’s four super high-rise skyscrapers under construction. The skyscrapers have multi-purpose residential and commercial building, covering a total area of 4.3 acres. According to R. P. Gupta, CEO of Krrish Group, the business sector of the project is expected to attract Fortune 500 companies to set up offices in Colombo.

Project Overview: Al Jaber Twin Tower is Russell Metro’s twin tower project that is located in Doha, the capital of Qatar, consisting of five-star hotel and AAAAA grade office building. After the completion of the project, its unique architectural spatial structure and complex curtain wall panel system will make it a landmark building in Doha, Qatar. After field investigation, it is found that Qatar’s climate is hot with summer period as long as six months, which is a challenge for the project.

The process of developing overseas markets still has a long way to go. From the preliminary survey to the various types of problems emerging during the project progress; from looking for translators who understand the professional terms, to having in-depth understanding of local policies and regulations, L.J.T will apply the development insight to solve the existing contradictions, and get on the "Belt and Road" policy express to achieve the overseas market share expansion as soon as possible.
